Autumn and colder days don’t mean that you have to hide in the sweaty gyms. Still there is a lot of fun to run and exercise outside and enjoy colours of autumn nature. Just need to dress up properly, not too cold and not too warm. Find your perfect combination that will keep you away from overheating and getting cold and colourful that will give visibility in dark and bring positive mood. 

 

Robi się zimno i ponuro, co nie znaczy że czas zrezygnować z treningów w terenie. Nawet w chłodne jesienne dni warto biegać po ścieżkach wśród spadających liści (uwaga może być ślisko, ale i tak pięknie!). Wystarczy odpowiednia garderoba, nie za ciepła i nie za chłodna, by uniknąć przeziębienia i cieszyć się otaczającą nas naturą. Znajdź swój zestaw, im bardziej kolorowy tym jesteś bardziej widoczna i pozytywnie nakręcona!

Riders on the storm is on my mind. And it’s not about The Doors song. Just can’t forget the jacket I tried when I was in Milan. It fitted perfectly, in very feminine style, but what made it extraordinary was its hood! No idea why I left it on a hanger (and The Doors will be always reminding about it!).

Riders on the storm cały czas siedzi mi w głowie. Ale nie chodzi tutaj o piosenkę The Doors, chociaż teraz będzie mi o niej przypominać! Po nocach śni mi się kurtka puchowa, którą mierzyłam w Mediolanie. Pomimo, że było 25 stopni na plusie, trudno było jej nie zauważyć i nie przymierzyć!

Ile warte są spodnie do biegania z Lidla? Na pewno warte są 29,90 zł., bo tyle kosztowały. Nie łatwo było je kupić, bo rzeczy sportowe z Lidla szybko znikają. Skąd ta popularność? Dobra jakość, czy tylko cena kusi tych wszystkich klientów - biegaczy i sportowców? Zdobyłam, kupiłam i sprawdziłam na sobie spodnie do biegania!
